We are looking for a career orientedMaintenance Technician to join our team at Sunnydale Estates and Miracle Manor in Toledo, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents and on-site maintenance calls.

• Pay $19.00 to $22.00/hour

What We Need from you:
• Valid Driver's License
• On-Call Rotation ($210.00 bonus)
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Basic Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing and Hand Tool knowledge
