Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fox Hill Glens Apartments located at 2168 Fox Hill Dr. Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Feel free to browse the property below and we honestly appreciate you reading our job ad!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 4 weeks to give you a great work life balance!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

• Pay is up to $19.00 an hour

What we are looking for:

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

 Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!)
• EPA Certification strongly preferred 
• Dry walling including painting and light carpentry
• Knowledge of light plumbing
• Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
