Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technicianto join our team in Duluth, Minnesota at the beautiful Les Chateaux.This is a hands on maintenance position at a 141 unit property right on Lake Superior with guaranteed full-time hours.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• 2 years’ experience in maintenance
• 1 years in multifamily housing preferred
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Boilers license is preferred but not required
• A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
