!!!$750 SIGN ON BONUS!!! Monadnock Developmental Services is seeking a qualified applicant for a Part Time DSP positions in the Peterborough area. 24 hours per week, with a very flexible schedule anytime Sundays through Saturdays.

Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:

• Support individuals in their communities to lead fully included lives
• Support the strengths, gifts and potential of individuals with disabilities
• Aid in the removal of barriers preventing a person with a disability to reach their goals

Direct Support Professional Requirements:

• support individuals out in the community
• guidance with healthy meal choices
• assist with meal preparation
• assist and guidance with household chores
• transportation of individual for errands, appointments and community participant programs
• continued support and development of individual's monthly goals
• LNA experience is a plus
• Personal care to include some or all: bathing, toileting, dressing, g-tube feeding, medication passing, behavioral tendencies.
• **Training will be provided in all applicable areas for each program**

Direct Support Professional minimum qualifications include:

• a sound ethical foundation, dedication, creativity, commitment to building a relationship, sense of humor and ability to work in a team environment.

Schedule is flexible, including weekday and/or weekend hours.
