Policy Analyst

The successful candidate will work as a member of the contract Policy Development and Coordination team and support activities including conceptualizing, developing, facilitating, and promulgating agency-wide Information Technology, Information Assurance, and Information Management policies applicable to customer staff and industry partners. The candidate will also participate in the development and coordination of policies in a wide variety of forums across the customer and the Intelligence Community (IC). The team is regularly called upon to provide advice and guidance on policy issues to senior-level management, and are expected to validate the alignment of draft policies with customer, IC, and DoD interests.

In this role, you will:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly or willing to take a CI Poly
  • Customer or IC experience
  • BS/BA/AA degree with 5 years or 8 years of demonstrated performance related to the responsibilities outlined above
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
