Momentum Truck Group is Hiring a Heavy Duty Collision Estimator Near Saint Cloud, MN
Job Summary:
Heavy Duty Collision Estimator is responsible for developing business through sales calls, walk-in customers, and other sources to assure we maintain an adequate sales volume. Interacts with customer and listens to their needs in order to provide accurate and profitable repair estimate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Heavy Duty Collision Estimator is responsible for developing business through sales calls, walk-in customers, and other sources to assure we maintain an adequate sales volume. Interacts with customer and listens to their needs in order to provide accurate and profitable repair estimate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedules sales calls weekly to current and conquest customers. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Examines all makes and models of vehicles and creates damage repair estimates in accordance to Momentum Truck Group repair standards.
- Updates customers and insurance companies regularly throughout the repair process.
- Strives to meet the company’s forecasted goals and objectives
- Attend trade shows and events as needed.
- Secures all PO’s, warranty authorizations and supplemental information needed to ensure the final bill can be processed at the time of the repair’s completion.
- Reports any issues related to a repair to coworkers and management immediately.
Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. 2-5 years of industry experience and formal estimating training is preferred. Post-secondary education in collision repair is a plus. A good understanding to vehicle repair and insurance processes are necessary to communicate effectively with the customer insurer and repair personnel. Ability to work in a positive work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
