As The Director of Nursing your Compensation Package & Benefits Include:

To Qualify as the Director of Nursing you need to:

·Have a current Ohio Registered Nurse

·3 years working as a RN in a long term care facility preferred

·Experience in performance management and effective leadership

·Strong verbal and written communication skills

·Ability to relate professionally and work cooperatively with residents and staff at all levels

Some of Your Responsibilities as the Director of Nursing Include:

·Be a leader of the facility and take pride and ownership in the position

·Supervise and direct all clinical operations in the facility to help work towards positive clinical and financial outcomes

·Development and implementation of facility targets and goals

·Oversees and manages the state survey process

·Monitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations
