Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

- Schedule appointments efficiently, balancing patient needs with provider availability.

- Verify insurance coverage and process claims accurately using Eaglesoft Dental software.

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and office efficiency.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:
