We currently have positions available on 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift, 8 to 10 hour shifts with some weekend overtime.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manufacturing of parts according to job write-up using perform and wet mix or SMC.

2. Monitoring mold temperature, mix weight and cure time, contacting the supervisor for deviations.

3. Visually checking the part for defects and repair if acceptable according to Quality standards.

4. Performing all work in a safe manner and in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.

5. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

This is a repetitive job that requires repairing, sanding and trimming of fiberglass parts. A finisher will be required to wear safety toe shoes, ear plugs, masks and eye protection at all times. Standing, lifting, rotating, bending, pushing and pulling are all part of normal activity.

Pay: $15.86 - $17.35 per hour
