We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill an Outside Sales position whose primary focus would be on the frac / oilfield industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The individual in this role is responsible for meeting the sales objectives in the assigned regions.
The individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating sales activities in the region with mainstream sales representatives, developing project specific sales strategies, and communicating project requirements to the company's operations and management team.
Visit customer facilities and jobsites to monitor project progress and customer satisfaction.
Target new customers and follow up on assigned sales leads.
Provide updated reporting on target projects and an updated market outlook for forecasting purposes.
Prepare and update all opportunities within CRM.
Investigate service complaints and assist customers in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problems.
Remain current in knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services, and market penetration.
Participate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry activities.
Qualifications
3 years of Frac Sales experience calling on Frac customers.
Technical knowledge and/or experience with Frac equipment, including but not limited to Trailers, Pumps, Fueling Process and Safety Requirements
Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office.
Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide professional presentations.
Significant domestic travel is required.
Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with sales CRM, Customer Relationship Management tools
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid US driver's license and safe driving history
Education Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business,
Relocation Negotiable
Travel Requirements Ability to travel 30% to facilities.
Work Schedule/Benefits This position is on-site Monday through Friday.
