Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill the temporary Sales Data Entry Administrator opening with a company located in Plymouth, MN. Interested candidates should have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and strong Excel experience.
Sales Data Entry Administrator Job Description:

• Sales adjustments from Oracle need to be managed manually in Excel spreadsheets and that will be the focus of this temp position.
• Follow a prescribed set of rules for each Excel spreadsheet in a specific order.
• Working on roughly 80 separate spreadsheets over the 3 months and there are a certain number of spreadsheets that need to be completed each month.
• Export data from Oracle and import it to an already created format in an Excel spreadsheet.
• The completed data will be put in a data loader spreadsheet and sent to Finance.
• Follow up with Finance, make sure they get all the spreadsheets back in a timely manner, and that all data has been entered correctly.

Sales Data Entry Administrator Job Requirement:

• Strong Excel skills are required
• Vlookup and IF formulas to populate spreadsheets with additional information related to POS data
• Validating data
• Importing data into Excel
• Ability to work on repetitive task
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation for Sales Data Entry Administrator:
The starting salary for the Sales Data Entry Administrator position is $30.00 per hour.
