Product Support Specialist Job Description:
- Assist Agents/Advisors by processing contracting requests with various Health, Life, and Annuity Carriers
- Learn and maintain working level of knowledge of SureLC, AgencyBloc, Smartsheets, DocuSign and other business platforms
- Set up agent contracting profiles in SureLC and AgencyBloc and maintain accurate data in business platforms
- Coordinate closely with Sales, New Business and Commission teams to keep business moving efficiently
- Communicate with Agents regarding contracting status on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Assist contracting team with project management and follow up
- Database clean up as needed
- Project a strong professional presence, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive and positive Can-Do attitude
- Detail oriented with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work engagements
- Able to take direction and consistently follow through on multi-step project/procedures
- Curiosity to ensure that projects assigned by multiple people are understood, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently with minimal directions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to company policies and work rules
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software programs when required
