Moe's Limousine & Black Car Service, Lincoln, RI-based, locally & family owned, has a full-time dispatcher / customer service position opening for our corporate and leisure clientele.

We are a well-established Limousine Service operation with a reputation for exceptional service and the highest standards in the industry.

• Essential Dispatch / Customer Service Duties :
• Ensure that all customers are picked up on time.
• Responsible for knowing the location of all vehicles at all times while dispatching.
• Keep the dispatch screen updated and coded accurately at all times.
• Communicate all changes and details with your chauffeurs, and any other appropriate personnel or customers.
• Oversee the checking in and out of vehicles and equipment and communicate to the appropriate source, any damage, loss, or abuse of either.
• Interact with office staff, managers, clients, and chauffeurs to ensure the accommodation of and / or special requests about certain jobs.
• Take all customer calls that include assisting with reservations, quotes, changes, or cancellations.
• Handle customer complaints immediately, courteously, and efficiently.
• Report any problems with any reservation, by creating an incident report using Livery Coach.
• Qualifications :
• Must be knowledgeable of airports, hotels & entertainment venues. Knowledge of Rhode Island / Boston Area.
• Familiar with a Limousine Dispatching program Livery Coach .
• Excellent customer service skills are a must and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and chauffeurs.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment, while still following through and completing all tasks
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer literate and able to update flights, maps, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick and precise decisions.
• Experience in the limo industry is a must.
• Ability to make good judgment and decision in handling clients situation.
• Heavy dispatch and customer service experience is a huge plus.
• Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $17.5 - $20 / hr

Benefits : Paid Time-Off

Hours : Monday - Friday

8 Hours; Potential Overtime

• Education :
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
