Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waxing Specialist to join our team. As a Waxing Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality waxing services to our clients. Responsibilities: - Perform various waxing services including but not limited to eyebrows, lip, chin, face, legs, arms, bikini, and Brazilian waxing - Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, assessing their needs, and recommending appropriate waxing services - Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitation and sterilization procedures - Educate clients on proper aftercare instructions to maximize the longevity of their waxing results - Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and techniques related to waxing services - Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions or esthetic laser treatments - Utilize salon software (e.g., MINDBODY) for scheduling appointments and maintaining client records Experience: - Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Waxing Specialist or similar role - Proficient in various waxing techniques including strip wax and hard wax - Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote and sell salon products - Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Pay: $56,639.00 - $59,795.00 per year
