We are currently in search for a very special position - our Office Manager for our Charlotte, NC location.

Responsibilities

· Assure all team members have clear understanding of assignments for the day

· Maintain all systems updated and clear for day-to-day operation

· Coordinate and organize office activities

· Greet visitors at office

· Scheduling and ensuring customers have clear project timelines

· Prepares financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Reviews and updates AR and AP.

· Provides payroll processing support

· Maintain financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded.

· Supports month-end and year-end close processes and prepares accurate, timely financial statements

· Performs regular general ledger updates and maintenance using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software.

· Develops and documents policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen department processes and internal controls.

· Consistently demonstrate behaviors, conduct and communications that support Moderno’s Practices and Values of Accountability, Diversity, Integrity and Respect for others, and will seek to influence these behaviors in others.

· Continuously endeavors to “raise the bar” of performance and teamwork through a focus on Innovation, Collaboration, Equality and Compassion.

· Assisting with the management of multiple projects overseeing scheduling, budget, change orders, billing, contracts, warranty requests, and ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications

· 5 years of office management and accounting experience

· Strong work ethic and communication skills

· Independent thinking- must be comfortable working alone

· Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software experience

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Quickbooks Experience

· Understand the importance of service with both our internal and external clients

· Strong communication skills

· Strong ability to multitask

· Friendly and upbeat demeanor

Compensation/Benefits

· The compensation for this position is as follows: Bi-Weekly salary position, 40 hours/week

· Benefits- Health, Vision, and Dental

· Vacation & Sick pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,901.00 - $75,000.00 per year

  • Charlotte, NC 28273: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
