Modernizing Medicine, Inc. is Hiring a Procurement Specialist Near Sammamish, WA

You will play a vital role in supporting the procurement and digital currency inventory management functions of our company and our clients rewards program.

What you'll be doing:

-Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

-Collaborate with various departments to identify their procurement needs

-Research potential vendors and obtain quotes for goods and services

-Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors

-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with HR to maintain adequate stock levels towards our client rewards program

-Track payments and communicate with vendors and personnel to resolve any issues

-Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information


What you need to flourish:

-Proven 4-5 years of experience as a Purchasing Assistant or in a similar role

-Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management

-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Detail-oriented and highly accurate in data entry and record keeping


Compensation:
$11,420 Monthly - Salary for this role is commensurate with prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
