The Role We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Associate Director, Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team. Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications) Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of relevant work experience is required. Proven experience managing large-scale cybersecurity programs at a growing tech or biotech company. Exceptional program and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to scope the critical path of programs, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks. Under Washington State law, Moderna is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for the jobs covered by this description. Base compensation for these positions in Washington State range from $158,000 to $284,50. Actual salary determinations will take into account factors such as work location, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge, and demonstrated skills. Compensation decisions are made on the facts and circumstances of each case.
