- Coordinate/Schedule Installations with Builder Rep.
- Insure high quality level at all stages of Installation
- Supervision of Installers and work schedules
- Maintain current job status of all work
- Timely report all completed Installations to Office in writing
- Insure that OSHA safety procedures, and policies are followed
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience as an Installer of Flooring
- Construction Supervisory Experience
- Clean Florida Drivers License
- Good time management skills
- Great leadership ability
- Solves problems effectively
- Well organized
commensurate with experience per year
