We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a keen eye for design aesthetics and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and other design elements, while also contributing to digital marketing initiatives.
Graphic Design:
Develop engaging visual content, including but not limited to print design, sales collateral, digital marketing such as social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and promotional materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
Print Design:
Proficiency in creating print materials, such as brochures, sales templates, trade show collateral, and other promotional items.
Sales Collateral:
Designing sales materials, presentations, and pitch decks to support the sales team in client meetings and presentations.
Digital Marketing:
Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Design assets optimized for various digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
Content Creation:
Generate innovative ideas for visual storytelling and content creation.
Create visually appealing and shareable content to enhance brand visibility.
Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into the creative process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality designs.
Provide design support for various teams and departments as needed.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the B2B sector and an understanding of the specific design needs related to business-oriented communication.
Corporate Branding:
Experience in developing and maintaining corporate brand guidelines.
Ability to align design projects with the overall corporate identity and branding strategy.
Data Visualization:
Capability to translate complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand infographics or charts, relevant to B2B content.
Wordpress Experience
Basic understanding of web design using Word press and user experience (UX) design principles, especially for B2B software or digital platforms would be an added plus.
Collaboration with Sales:
Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to translate marketing strategies into visually compelling designs.
Deadline Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, considering the often time-sensitive nature of B2B communications.
Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt designs based on client feedback and industry-specific considerations.
Digital Asset Management:
Proficiency in organizing and managing digital assets, ensuring accessibility for various teams within the organization.
Problem-solving Skills:
Capacity to creatively solve design challenges, especially in conveying complex messages through visual elements.
Analytics and Metrics Awareness:
Understanding of how design impacts key performance indicators (KPIs) and willingness to adapt designs based on analytics and performance metrics.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
No travel is expected for this position.
Marketing and/or design degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for designing responsive email templates is a plus.
