Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all applicable food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes for drink preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Process customer payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with catering events as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
