Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to our recipes and customer preferences. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Prepare pizza dough by hand or using a dough press
- Add sauce, cheese, and toppings to create pizzas
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures in the pizza oven
- Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Slice and serve pizzas to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining area as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment

Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or pizza making is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Cash handling experience is desired
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
