We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Kissimmee team as a medical assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the abilities to multitask and problem solve.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing patients for examinations and procedures
• Inputting patient intake information into electronic health records software
• Assisting the doctor, e.g., taking X-rays, filling syringes, and changing dressings
• Cleaning exam rooms and machinery
• Sterilizing equipment
• Dispensing durable medical equipment to patients
• Ordering and stocking supplies
• Scheduling follow-up appointments
• Occasionally answering phone calls
• Receiving shipments
• Maintaining a clean and organized work space and clinic
• Sending and receiving faxes
