The Medical Assistant functions under the supervision of the Medical Assistant supervisor providing clinical and clerical services, including rooming patients, assisting with exams and procedures, performing waived lab tests, Phone Triage and administering medications. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Experience Required:

• Clinical experience
• Blood Draw
• Injections
• EMR Experience - Athena
• Know medical terminology
• Type 50 wpm
• Vital signs - (Manual BP, WT, HT, Temp, etc)
• Specimen collection - Computer Requisitions
• Phone skills and etiquette
• Organizational skills
