Job Summary

We are looking for a career minded individual who is seeking a long-term position. Experience in one or more of the following preferred:

• Door Staining
• Wood and metal experience
• Point up
• Drywall patch/paint
• Interior and Exterior Painting
• General Maintenance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond to service requests, using internal work order and timesheet systems to upload photos, track completion and log time.
• Evaluate, document and report on facility conditions
• Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with team members, vendors and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all MCS clients and partners.
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality, workmanship and time management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time
• Drive and safely operate a company vehicle for in order to transport equipment and to maintain offsite facilities; must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Show responsibility and care for all company equipment, tools and materials.

Required Skills:

• 3 years experience commercial painting
• Ability to work after normal business hours, overnight and travel when needed
• Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to effectively prioritize work
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with mobile technology, including iPads and smartphones.

Education and Experience:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• At least three professional references REQUIRED
• Authorized to work in the United States
