Starting Salary - $50,000 to $75,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a PM you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of the projects from initial planning to budgeting and final completion. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in construction management, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering excellent results while staying within the timelines and budgets.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all aspects of Modern Builders, Inc's projects from start to finish. This position will organize and oversee all construction procedures and ensure they are completed promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all construction methodologies and techniques and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. They must be able to think analytically and have excellent organizational skills. Their goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to the project's specified requirements and without exceeding the budget.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc., to determine the project's specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to handle inadequacies timely.
  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and guide them when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in construction project management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using project management software.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask as well as
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
