We are a fast-growing E-Commerce company, seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Director to lead our team in developing innovative and engaging visual concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision and the ability to bring creative ideas to life.
Note: This is strictly an in-office position in Brooklyn, NY (Not remote or hybrid). Please ensure you can make the commute before applying.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative team in developing and executing creative concepts for various projects
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Provide guidance and feedback to the graphics and social media team members to foster creativity and professional growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and creative technologies
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity
- Self-motivated and organized
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00/2:00 PM
