Are you ready to keep our sweet treats flowing? Our Maintenance Technicians are the backbone of this food manufacturer, ensuring our production facility runs smoothly and efficiently. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and repairing machinery, we want you to be part of our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00-$30.00, plus a $1.00 differential for the 2nd shift, with the potential for raises after 90 days and additional pay scale increments throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Installation and Repair: Perform a wide range of tasks to install, maintain, and repair production machines at our manufacturing plant.

- Technical Expertise: Apply your hands-on experience with chain/gearbox-driven systems, and leverage your knowledge of electrical, welding, and plumbing systems.

- Problem Diagnosis: Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test functionality, and make necessary adjustments.

- Preventive Maintenance: Complete preventive maintenance (PMs) on various equipment, including steam, air, refrigeration, water supply, air handling systems, and production machinery.

- Electrical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair electronic/electrical components, including 3-phase 480V equipment and low voltage 24VDC systems.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA Safety and Health rules to ensure a safe working environment.

- Versatility: Utilize various hand and power tools such as drill presses, grinders, and torches.

Shift Details:

- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, including nights and weekends as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of maintenance experience, with dairy or food processing equipment and plant facilities.

- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
