Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12
Shift Notes: 3 – 12 hour shifts; including Saturday and Sunday
Weekend Requirements: One night of call per week of 7p-7a and every 4th weekend of 7p-7a Saturday & Sunday. Call response time is 20 minutes
On-Call Requirements: One night of call per week of 7p-7a and every 4th weekend of 7p-7a Saturday & Sunday. Call response time is 20 minutes
COVID Requirement: n/a Traveler Policy: The local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 10%. Anyone with a permanent address within a 35-mile radius of the facility is considered a local traveler.Dress Code: Hospital-Provided Scrubs Further Specifics

- Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
- OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates
- Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
- 2 Years of experience - Required
- Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, OB Experience - Preferred
- NBSTSA and NCCT are interchangeable
- FA can be RNFA or CSTFA
- References NOT required.
- A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit, it would be in the traveler’s best interest to provide a write-up of what happened for the manager's review.
- Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
- Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
