Applicant must have ability to perform excellent customer service, operate cash register(experience is a plus), physical ability to work in hot or cold temperatures(in cooler or outside as needed), ability to bend, stoop or walk for a entire shift able to clean interior and exterior areas(trash disposal,restrooms). Must be able to work in different shifts. Applicant must be a team player whom can help promote a great shopping experience for our customers.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team. As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash register operations and providing excellent customer service. This is a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

```Duties```
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Train and supervise cashiers to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise as needed
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new or featured items

```Skills```
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Previous experience in retail sales, with a focus on up selling and cross-selling products
- Ability to effectively sell products, including jewelry items
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
