EXTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

As a global organization, Moët Hennessy aspires to professionally grow and develop talent into the future leaders that help support Moët Hennessy’s business goals. The Moët Hennessy’s one-year long externship provides early career starters with the opportunity to gain real world experience in our various functions, with the possibility of a full-time opportunity. We are proud of the accomplishments of previous extern cohorts and will continue to empower externs to be innovative, share diversity in thoughts and develop leadership best practices for their future careers.

  • Externship Core Responsibilities
    • Execute website updates, including site content (images, product descriptions, etc.)
    • Collecting digital assets from various asset libraries for specific brands/thematics
    • Contribute to new processes that streamline e-commerce workflow.
    • Cataloguing any brand visibility within National Account retailer platforms
  • Projects
    • Building consolidated quarterly asset sheets for retailer accessibility
    • Developing brand-specific recaps around executed campaigns

Profile

EDUCATION AND CRITERIA

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and motivated
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Desire to learn industry best practices and grow in an enterprise organization

Preferred:

  • Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Knowledge/experience in e-commerce
