• Base Salary - $55k-$75k

• Monthly Bonus Potential - $1,000 – Annual bonus potential $13,000

QUALIFICATIONS

• Be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED

• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management

• Proven track record of successfully promoting team members

• Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team

• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the execution of the brand daily

• Competent in all FOH & BOH position

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH

• Responsible for Same Store Sales growth

• Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times

• Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible foroverall customer reviews

• Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahsstandards

• Coordinate and lead weekly meeting with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, andCertifiedTrainer

• Review weekly employee schedules

• Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffingguide, completeonline ordering, inventory, etc.

• Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’ Bettahs culture

• Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain aneat and clean appearance

• Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined inthe employee handbook

• Perform other duties as assigned
