Team Overview

The Network Operations team deploys and maintains systems, hardware, software and other technology for all business units. 

Position

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day technical support for internal end users, both in an office setting and remotely, and maintain systems, servers, and hardware. To succeed in this role, you will:

• Address technical issues to support end users 
• Configure, update, test, and deploy technology for internal users
• Create and maintain user accounts and licensing
• Support with maintenance of network, servers and hardware 
• Troubleshoot independently and escalate to senior colleagues when needed 
• Respond to all support requests within required timelines 
• Become an expert on end user configurations and create necessary documentation
• Adapt to changing technologies as a member of a highly collaborative team

We’re looking for a team member who is interested in supporting internal teams and solving problems related to hardware and software. You must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and explain technical solutions to end users. 

Qualifications

• This position will require knowledge of Windows & Mac Operating Systems, networking concepts (wired/wireless, routing and switching (LAN)).
• You will also need experience with Windows RSAT (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS), remote support tools, and service desk ticketing software.
• Experience with Office365 & Exchange Online, Sharepoint/OneDrive administration, Azure Active Directory, Communication Software (Teams, Zoom) are preferred.
