MMI of Kentucky is Hiring a Counter Sales Representative Near Lexington, KY
MMI of Kentucky is a fabricator of rebar and a distributor of a complete line of related concrete accessories for the commercial, industrial and highway construction markets. We offer a comprehensive benefit package and compensation to coordinate with experience and demonstrated ability.
Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and conducting all counter sales of tools, hardware, and other materials sold by MMI of Kentucky.
- Managing a balanced inventory of stock; purchasing, pricing, eliminating slow moving products and new product stocking evaluations with assistance from the General Manager.
- Balancing the cash drawer for deposit and credit card runs.
- Maintaining an organized and clean store area.
- Increasing sales of MMI's tools and hardware through promotions, telephone sales, job site visits and point-of-sale displays.
- Conduct store inventory twice yearly.
- Answer customer’s questions regarding deliveries and products.
- Handle all paperwork for next day shipments.
