is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Attendant ! As the PM Attendant, you will be assigned a variety of tasks but the main task will be going into individual guest rooms and making necessary adjustments / improvements to provide our guests with a quality experience.

Additional responsibilities include; repairing light fixtures, attending to damaged furniture, ensuring all appliances are in working order, change air filters, etc.

If you are skilled in the safe operation of hand tools and can read and understands specifications, are able to measure, compute amount of materials needed and inspect products, and can work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays this could be the job for you!

The physical demands for this position including lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
