Mission Inn Resort has an opportunity for a Line/Prep Cook. This position is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by ensuring that all food is cooked properly and timely. Along with cook experience, we are looking for someone with sushi experience as well. Candidate must be specialized in creating sushi dishes. 

If you have a passion for food and are dedicated to providing outstanding guest service by developing knowledge of all menu items for both our banquet and restaurant kitchens, completing opening and closing duties as necessary, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, this could be the job for you!
