Duties:

- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants regarding rental applications, lease terms, and property amenities
- Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and conduct background and credit checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are signed by both parties
- Collect rent payments and follow up on any late or outstanding payments
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any maintenance or repair issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance activities

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants and address their needs
- Proficient in data entry and file management to maintain accurate records of tenant information
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Knowledge of contract laws and regulations related to leasing agreements
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
