Reputable Dispensary in Hollywood looking for a qualified Assistant Closing Manager. Must have 2 year management experience, preferably cannabis related. Must present strong cannabis knowledge and have an understand of the cannabis legal market space.

Position Overview:

Responsible for assisting the General Manager with enforcement of company policies and leadership to staff while maintaining a well-stocked clean store specializing in merchandising, promotions, scheduling, and staffing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with marketing to ensure all promotion and PAD’s are executed properly.
• Prepare and post weekly employee schedule within company guidelines
• Evaluate and recommend staffing needs to GM vs. guidelines
• Post ads, screen candidates, and recommend new hires to GM
• Ensure all employees are properly trained according to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in performance evaluations
• Participate in performance management

General Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers, in a professional, friendly manner.
• Ensure the store is well maintained, stocked, and clean at all times.
• Treat co-workers with respect &look for opportunities to help others without being asked.
• Show up to work on time in appropriate attire and compliant with appearance policies.
• Possess adequate product knowledge to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Ensure that Health, Safety, Operations, and security policies are being followed at all times
• Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the company’s mission.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the level of service and product quality received.
• Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
• Deploy staff, coordinate breaks, count down cash drawers
• Follow all opening and closing procedures to keep the employees, inventory, cash, and store safe and secure.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 20 pounds

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00 - $26.00/hour.
