Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a landscaping crew. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of landscaping professionals in various tasks such as garden maintenance, tree care, irrigation, lawn care, mowing, and groundskeeping.

- Assign duties to crew members and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to quality standards.

- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.

- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

- Monitor inventory levels of supplies needed for landscaping projects.

Skills:

- Demonstrated experience in landscape maintenance, including but not limited to garden maintenance, tree care, irrigation, groundskeeping, and lawn care.

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to supervise and motivate a team effectively.

- Ability to maintain high-quality standards while working efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
