As a Shrub Trimming Team Member, you will be a crucial part of a larger group to ensure the proper care and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain attractive, safe, and functional for clients. Shrub Trimming Supervisors lead teams of employees and train in proper ways to trim plants. Trimming shrubs and caring for other plants provides satisfying work; we use hedge trimmers and other tools to prune and shape shrubs on commercial properties. This is a great opportunity to get started in the green industry – we train from within and offer growth opportunities for those who want to move up and earn higher wages. The majority of our supervisors have started as inexperienced laborers that have been recognized and rewarded for their hard work and effort. Pay based on experience.
