In addition this position provides training toAssociates on RCBS processes as required by the Manager to supportnew and existing Associates.
Responsibilities Provides back upcoverage and support for various positions within RCBS as assignedby the manager Provides coaching and mentoring for associates ontransactional processes assigned
Roles & Responsibilities
Thisposition is a back up for business office functions providing workcoverage for the various operational work units in the RCBSorganization.
This includes billing collections reimbursementvalidation cash posting mail handling scanning sorting assemblycopying faxing and data entry functions.
In addition this positionprovides training to Associates on RCBS processes as required bythe Manager to support new and existing Associates.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides back up coverage and support for various positions withinRCBS as assigned by the manager
Providescoaching and mentoring for associates on transactional processesassigned by the manager
And all other dutiesassigned.
