In support of Program Manager Supply & Maintenance Systems (PM SMS), we are seeking a SharePoint Developer with experience in supporting DOD/Marine Corps acquisition logistics programs and life cycle management events; familiarization with acquisition logistics policy/principles, and interfacing with government principals.

Responsibilities:

The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Update, maintain, and monitor the content and integrity of the Family of Field Medical Equipment (FFME)/Automated Information Systems (AIS) consisting of the MEF Medical Logistic Knowledge Base (MEFKB) SharePoint portal.

• Ensure consistency, functionality, and applicability is maintained across the MEFKB SharePoint Portal.

• provide continuous maintenance and updates to Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, image libraries and technical manuals to provide and display relevant and timely data.

• Maintain and recommend updates to the MEFKB AIS: site solutions, building site taxonomies, forms, and repositories.

• Maintain and update SharePoint collection sites and create and manage the hierarchy of those sites and sub sites to • Ensure uniform navigation across the SharePoint Portal.

• Coordinate approved application and configuration changes with all stakeholders for deployment and implementation.

• Coordinate with AMAL Managers and other FFME team members to review and update site content for accuracy.

• Generate custom workflows within the SharePoint application as required.

• Support development of the USMC government solution as subject matter expert concerning the existing architecture of the FFME MLO AIS and collaborate with DLA Functional Executive Agent Medical Support (FEAMS) Team developers as required to create solutions.

• Provide reconciliation services of data elements for each AMAL, ADAL, and Medical Kit components stock listing in the MLO AIS by executing AMAL Change Requests (ACRs) entered by AMAL Managers and updating packing mismatch information caused by the ACR changes.

• Maintain information in the MLO Managed Data portion of the for the National Stock Number (NSN) metadata form following fields: Commodity Class, CAGE, Manufacturer, Part Number, National Drug Code (NDC), SL3 Parent NSN and Special Instructions.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma required. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline, plus four (4) years of SharePoint site development and administration preferred.

• Six (6) years of direct SharePoint development and administration experience within PEO Land Systems/Marine Corps Systems Command may be substituted for a degree. 

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Share Point Architecture, CorasWorks Software Platform, Structured Query Language (SQL) Servers, Info Path, Visual Studio.net, Database.

• Intermediate Proficiency in Marine Online (MOL) Language SQL Server Database, Marine Expeditionary Force Knowledge Base (MEFKB), SharePoint Administration, GCSS-MC, TFSMS, DMLSS, MCEITS.

• Expertise as a SharePoint developer and /or administrator supporting DOD acquisition programs. The ideal candidate will manage and monitor multiple SharePoint Collection site on a day-today basis.

• Knowledge of Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Systems (MCEITS) and Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) highly desired.
