Responsibilities :

The Hospice Team Assistant is responsible for the scheduling of HHA, DME, and Ambulance transfers while answering all phone calls from patients, families, vendors and staff.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma ( AA / BA degree highly desired)
• 1-2 years of clerical / office experience preferred
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and general data entry
