```Responsibilities```
- Perform auto body repairs and restorations according to industry standards
- Repair or replace damaged body parts, panels, and frames
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damages and determine repair methods
- Utilize various tools and equipment such as airless paint sprayers, welders, and soldering equipment
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate color matching
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
- Proficient in welding, soldering, and sheet metal work
- Experience with airless paint spraying and auto painting
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
