The Systems Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic technical solutions and application engineering support for internal operations. The Systems Administrator is expected to take a lead role in the ongoing maintenance and maturing of the technical environment and is expected to work with management to plan a technology roadmap and to work towards its implementation.
The Systems Administrator will provide guidance around the monitoring and management of the organization’s systems. This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting as needed. This individual will provide technical support to NJ, Canada, Boston offices, remote sales staff, and contractors.
The System Administrator is part of a small, dynamic IT team and works with stakeholders to improve business processes, automate workflows, and enhance efficiency. The incumbent will also provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve system issues.
