Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support across various marketing initiatives including sales training, event coordination, retail merchandising, and product literature. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities & Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Training Support: Assisting with project management duties, including communicating with training participants, scheduling virtual and in-person meetings, and coordinating materials for on-site training. Coordinating and managing materials in our internal Training Hub. Providing reporting and metrics on platform usage in third-party training resource. Global coordination or cascading of information as needed. Event Support: Supporting trade show logistics such as apparel, hotels, and other activities. Retail Merchandising: Supporting use of our third-party POP asset management platform, including procurement, fulfillment and platform management. Long-term management of some customer engagement/requests directly Product Literature Updates: Assisting with physical and digital product catalog updates, including websites. Working within PIM platform to support updates to our product literature, including catalogs and the website. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; or commensurate experience. Experience in an administrative, coordinator or related role. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in marketing and/or project management highly preferred. Experience with SharePoint, Asana, or similar collaboration platforms is a plus.
