Mitchell College is seeking to hire a Campus Safety Officers to provide for the safety and well-being of Mitchell College students, faculty, staff and property through the enforcement of college policies and procedures. S/He will respond to calls for assistance including emergency and crisis situations, and provide other services to the college community.

While performing this job, the Campus Safety Officer is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The Campus Safety Officer frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The Campus Safety Officer will occasionally be required to sit, climb, or balance, and stoop, kneel, and crouch. The Campus Safety Officer is required to successfully pass a physical agility test, and a bicycle-training course to be eligible for Bicycle patrol. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment.
