About our Agency :

Our office opened in January 2024. We have a culture of working hard but also having fun each day. Our main goal is to help our customers protect what they have and plan for their future.

Because our office recently opened, any new hire will get to see first-hand how to grow a business and get invaluable experience that they could take with them if they also wanted to be a business owner in the future.

There are many opportunities not only to grow within our office (promotions, raises, bonuses etc.), but also with State Farm.

That could mean opening their own State Farm office, deciding to move to a position with State Farm corporate, or start a business in another field.

This can be a position a new hire could see become their long-term career, or a great opportunity to get important experience and learn about how a small business operates which they could take with them into their next job / role.

Position Overview :

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
