Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is a vital role in our hotel, as you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or direct calls to the appropriate department - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of front desk operations in the hospitality industry is an advantage At our hotel, we value teamwork, exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
