• Manage all financial agreements and interface with all capital providers

• Manage financial aspects of commercial contracts – supply/off-take agreements, etc
• Monitor and manage metal price risk
• Manage the Data room
• Transaction and commercial contract analysis
• Manage the corporate model and related financial analysis
• Optimize working capital
• Participate in financial due dilligence
