Missouri Cancer Associates is a multi-specialty practice including medical oncology, hematology, radiation oncology and urology.
We have 24 providers that service ten Missouri communities. Our main office is in Columbia. Through state-of-the-art medical technology, highly experienced physicians and nurse practitioners and quality patient care, Missouri Cancer Associates has become the premier Cancer Treatment Center in Mid-Missouri.
In 2022, we celebrated our 40th year of taking care of patients! We are looking for a friendly and hard-working PET-CT Technologist to join our team.
Dedicated to their team and patients and shows this by being present for scheduled shift. We prefer applicants who have some customer service experience, but we are willing to train the right person.

This position is located at 1705 E Broadway, Columbia, MO! Missouri Cancer Associates is affiliated with Urology Associates of Central Missouri and the US Oncology Network! SCOPE : With little or no supervision, performs diagnostic PET / CT and CT imaging procedures and related functions.
Collaborates with Medical Director and Supervisor on technical issues, equipment performance and QA. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards Responsibilities -Performs diagnostic PET / CT or CT imaging procedures to include : injection of radio- pharmaceutical and / or IV contrast, the administration of oral contrast, protocol setup, patient positioning, reconstruction and filming of images, network image transfers, and archiving of image data.
Minimum four years nuclear medical PET & CT experience. General knowledge of patient scheduling and billing systems. PET / CT certification required.
CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) and / or ARRT (Nuclear) certification where required by state law.
